Squirrels Again

These photos were taken the end of January.  There were several squirrels around and about that day.  Click on the Camera Critter's link in my sidebar to see what other critters people have posted for Misty Dawn's theme.

  1. They are cute little fellows. Naughty, but cute. We don't see them much around the house here; they tend to stick to the woods.

  2. Those are some great shots Sue. We don't have as many squirrels as we used to have since the hurricanes and disease took out some pines.

How is your kitchen renovation coming along?

  3. Heidi doesn't run off your squirrels? Buffy chases ours and if Ike the cat is hungry -- watch out, squirrels!

  4. That one where he's turned, facing the camera, looking directly at us is just plain awesome.

  6. Those spoiled little squirrels are so cute. I like to watch them just as long as they do not eat my bulbs.
    Have a wonderful weekend Sue.

  7. You know...I think God made squirrels extremely cute to help cover up what pests they can be in the garden ;^)

  12. Wow Sue - your squirrel photos are awesome! We used to have a family of squirrels but I haven't had many sightings recently - just occasionally I'll see one on the fence sharing the bird seed. I don't know what happened. I kind of miss them.

  15. wow, great shots of the squirrels! We had some fun today watching a squirrel figure out how to navigate our 2 feet of freshly fallen snow - he just jumped right in - I have no idea how he'd get out of there...am a little concerned, but I'm sure animals have a way of figuring it out, right?

  19. He/she doesn't look especially friendly in the third photo.

Your new header photo could not be more perfect for this time of year. A little bit of winter, a little bit of fall and a most welcome bit of spring. I changed my header to a picture of Phillip and friend at the beach because snow scenes are getting monotonous.

  20. Squirrels. Sigh. Love and hate 'em. They are little eating machines and a terror on the bird feeders but doggone it their so cute and sociable. I have a conflicted relationship with them. Cute little things though, so cute. :-)

  25. Such fabulous shots of the squirrel! must be quite a experience growing in such conditions.

Here in India fortunately there is no snow season and whole 12 month's is growing season!
