Our grandson spent the night last night, and we will be taking him home in a few minutes. I have worked on this post off and on throughout the day. The photos are from a few days ago. I had been enjoying trying to figure out what was what. I was going to label what I think they are, but don't have time now. Some are dog, cat, rabbit, squirrel, bird, and human. Some are from our yard, and some from my garden across the street, where I enjoyed seeing seeds from some of the flowers on the snow, with bird tracks showing they must have been eating the seeds.

Heidi was not happy with me for leaving her in the back yard.
The doves looked down at me, and said to each other, "There's that woman with the camera again!"
Snow prints are fun ... always good to see who's walking around! Both the two and four legged critters. Sweet doves.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue~~ Nice photos. Looks like there's a lot of foot traffic around your place.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could identify all the critter's prints in the snow. Maybe there is an ID book I could read. Thanks for the link to Camera Critters. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteNeat series of critter prints. I love your heidi. She is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteA favorite pastime of mine when I was small trying to figure out who belonged to them ..sandy
ReplyDeleteGosh there is a lot of activity in your garden. I love the prints on the roof....what do you think they belonged to?
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoyed your time spent with Grandson......
Hi Sue, You were having a fun time outside with your camera. I cannot help taking photos of tracks in the snow, either! :-) Have a wonderful Christmas!!
ReplyDeleteI like the prints on the roof photo! Two young deer came through the garden and left a perfect trail but I was too annoyed to take pictures...lol! Poor Heidi!
ReplyDeleteLove seeing your header picture. Brrr. Great snow prints. We do not see any of those here. :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Christmas.

So much activity! Out here in the country I can find very few tracks. But the snow surface is icy now. Maybe it's too dangerous for the little animals to go skating across the fields.
