Susan girl ... I am a huge fan of dill and have it growing in the garden and in pots .. there is nothing like that aroma .. I could lay down in a bed full of it and never get up ! LOL I dry a few herbs on a smaller scale .. I don't have the room .. so I love seeing your big bunch : )
That's literally armfuls of dill! Your photos remind me of Swedish supermarkets at this time of year - they have piles of dill, and mounds of strawberries, and the scent of both is just wonderful. The dill is to go with crayfish, which is the big midsummer meal in Sweden.

Love the aroma of dill and the flavor is great too.

ReplyDeleteI love dill in potatoes and potato salad. I also like to make dip with it with light sour cream, light cream cheese, and chives.
